Myself and partner stayed here for 2 weeks in September. On arrival we were given a warm fizzy drink checked in and went to look for our room with no directions from the staff.
The rep said we would have a bottle of water in the fridge getting to the room no water and a warm fridgeThe room was clean but a bit dated the coat hangers were covered in geasy grime as was the beaded curtain. In the morning we only had tepid water in the shower despite reporting this numerous times it was only rectified on the morning we departed. The pool side resturant was a health hazzard as a number of flies were trapped inside the plastic covers.
There were a number of dead flies in the mayonnaise I pointed this out to a member of staff who removed them with a teaspoonThis was the last time we ate in there. The food was not labelled some things you could only guess what they were trying to display. Why do you have a menu for the speciality restaurants when it is all self service? The swimming pool with the swim up bar was only one third full for a number of days not good for a pool only 4 years old.
The bar staff were great pity about the bees and swarms of flies The flght home was fine just a bit craped it would have been nice to have a smile from the flight crew not just when they sold duty free goods,They even ran out of drinks of one sort and another. We enjoyed the sunshine and the rest but were dissapointed with the hotel this is never a 5 star hotel it is a 3 star at best very poor for a RIU.
Just returned from a 2 week stay at this hotel. Had some kind of feel of what to expect on arrival and whilst we were staying in this country. The hotel is how it is described in the holiday brochure and more, astounding is the least I can say, a definte must see. Animation team are very hard working from 10am through to midnight and later some days in extreme heat, and are very fit!!! These folk are extremely talented in keeping people entertained, not pestering you neither to take part in activities.
