My overall experience of the hotel its self was positive and good. I believe the mini bar is expensive as this is a resort hotel. I didn't experience the breakfast but i did have soem Tapas in the ground flor restaurant and this was good quality and a reasonable price. The Hotel WiFi was very good as was the quality and cleanliness of the rooms. My biggest complaint was the guys hanging outside the front of the Hotel every night trying to get you to go to the strip clubs and Brothels beside the hotel entrance and just around the corner at the back of the hotel.
Really spoiled the whole experience of the seafront knowing every night you had to deal with these guys just to get back into your Hotel. This above all would be the deciding factor on whether i returned to the Hotel. Suffice to say if I got a similar Hotel, , facilities, price etc that was away from the strip clubs and brothels i would go there instead.
I cannot over emphasize how off putting this experience was. A good hotel about a 30 minute walk to Palma old town. Located opposite the harbour with good views of the coming and going of the boats. Staff at reception were very helpful and knowledgeable about Palma and its environs. Staff in the dining room weren't helpful at all! I would recommend this hotel as relatively cheap and cheerful place to stay to see the area but there are much nicer hotels in Palma with more charm. Finally due to the geography the sun disappears from the pool area at about 4ish so there is no sitting out drinking sangria till the sun goes down.
